Multicultural Festival

The PAA is hosting a member’s

Multicultural Art Exhibit
from


September 1 to October 31st

at the Courtyard Theater
with a catered reception event
on
September 14th, 7 to 9pm.
(details of how to enter are below)

Work in this exhibit will be seen by the
thousands of people
attending the
Plano International Festival
on October 2nd.
Also on October 2nd, the PAA have arranged for
an Ikebana group lead by Amira Matsuda to build
an amazing artwork at the Courtyard Exhibit
from recycled materials.
Be A Demonstration Artist too!

If you would like to create your art live on October 2nd and draw attention to your work, just email us and book your slot!


You can also have a booth to sell your work at the International Festival – just follow this link for details.

2) Dimensions of the work

3) Image of the work

Plano Art Association Newsletter                              April 2010

Greetings All Artists,

We have a very exiting April month ahead of us!

A lot of opportunities for PAA members to display there art and get expose in the community!

  • On April 14th we had a fantastic 125 Show Award Reception at The Arts Gallery at the Collin College  from 6:00-9:00 pm!  Thanks to all the Artist that entered  and enjoyed the  Great Art, Cozy Music, h’orderves and a the Network with fellow artist!
  • PAA is invited to display Art work at the International Woman’s Club of Plano Gala dinner and Dance on April 24th Oakridge Country Club
  • Also PAA members are invited to display Art work at the Texas Health Plano Presbyterian Hospital during their Multi-Cultural Week April  26th -30rd
  • And our member meeting on April 27th.  This month Demo artist is Robin Gary!  Looking forward to see her create outstanding artwork!

Remember we can always use your help!!

Together we make things greater!
