Stay at home Mom to a four year old daughter. English born and bred, worked the majority of my 22 years in industry in Telecoms, in Finance and Sales, before “retiring” to motherhood. My work led me from England to Ireland, Belgium and finally here to the US seven years ago. I have always been interested in photography but never really got the chance to do much about it while working. In the last year or two and since getting my first D-SLR camera I have found time to spend on photography and what was an interest has become a passion since acquiring a macro lens which has opened up a whole new world of photography for me. All creatures small and smaller just fascinate me. My idea of a perfect day – when not spent with my daughter – is to pull on my hiking boots and head out with my camera to see what I can find, never quite knowing what the day will bring.
